How does the off-site event look like?

We usually recommend setting up 2-6 headsets with a few games preloaded so guests can swap in and out throughout the event, allowing them to get a taste of the immersive virtual world! We also connect the headsets to screens so that spectators can see what the players are experiencing, making it an inclusive adventure for everyone.

We are happy to be as flexible as possible to make the experience meet your requirements (and we are always up for a challenge!), so please do let us know if you have any special requests or ideas and we will see what we can do!

How many people can I organise the off-site event for?

We have been invited to intimate office parties for 20 people, large corporate events hosting over 300 people and everything in between! We can easily make this set up work as an excellent addition to events of any size.

What is included in the standard off-site event?

The price will include:

The hire fee of the equipment.
At least 2 VR Masters who will be there to help any of your guests who wish to play and ensure that the event runs smoothly.
All software and licensing fees.
Delivery fee of all equipment to your venue (please note that this is for events located in zones 1-2 in London. If you are looking for an event outside of this, additional charges may apply).
