Corporate events and parties

We currently offer a selection of sweet and savoury snacks and soft drinks at all venues that you are welcome to pre-order before your booking. We also currently offer beers and wines at our Manchester venue and will be bringing a similar selection of drinks to our London venues by the end of October! If you book out the whole venue for 2 hours or longer you would be welcome to bring/order your own food to enjoy in the break between sessions. We can also offer a pop-up bar for any corporate event that needs to be booked and pre-paid in advance. We do not have a separate function room but our reception areas have seating and tables where food and drinks can be enjoyed. We would only ask that it is all consumed within your booking time as we will have customers waiting to use the space in the next time slot. Please see our venue pages for some recommendations of restaurants nearby each location!

Every Corporate Event booking will have an expert VR Master(-s) who will explain all controls, guide the participants through their session and make sure they have a truly unforgettable experience.

Our venues can comfortably hold 20-35 people* with the majority of the group playing together. 


We only have a certain number of headsets at each venue that can be used at one time (11 at Battersea and Camden, 9 at Hammersmith and 15 in Manchester); therefore, if your group exceeds this number, players will have to swap in and out of the headsets throughout the session. Additionally we have 4 extra Free Roam headsets that can be booked alongside the regular ones. 


We also have a reception area at each venue where those who are not playing can rest and watch the others via the TV screens while they are waiting, so everyone is still involved! In Manchester we also have a small bar area.

Our experienced VR Masters will be on hand to assist you with the logistics of swapping members of your group out of the headsets, both safely and quickly!

For all smaller groups we recommend booking online. For all groups larger, than 6 we recommend booking a VR Arcade session. Larger groups should select a "Group Booking" option. We recommend booking for at least 2 hours (you also get a discount for the second and any consecutive hours).

The best option for large groups is the VR Arcade session. 

During the session, players will be set up with a headset in their own personal booth, but everyone will be able to see and hear each other in the virtual space. The group will have access to all of the games in our library which they can pick and swap between freely.

We have plenty of multiplayer games for groups of all sizes and many single player games to explore as well. More information on all our games can be found here, but our VR Masters will also be happy to talk through your options on the day to make sure you get the most out of your session!

Additionally, at each venue we also have a Premium Free Roaming area. This is slightly different as instead of being in separate booths, players are all in the same room where they can walk around freely without any wires holding them back! This would allow up to 4 people at a time to either play some shooting games, a horror experience, or a strategy game. Each of these experiences last around 10 minutes and can be run alongside your arcade session, providing space for an extra 4 people to be swapping in and out throughout the time. (Please note that we recommend this experience for ages 12+)

Alternatively, if you are looking for more of a challenge to test your colleague’s teamwork skills, you could try one of our VR Escape Rooms! This would be an hour long experience where players have to work their way through the different puzzles to escape the game. We have 8+ different themes you can choose from with varying degrees of difficulty. These games are designed for groups of 2 to 6 people. However, we are able to run multiple teams at the same time, so if your group is larger than 6 we could split you up and you can race for the quickest time! 

If you are looking for a meeting/workshop space to use before or after your booking, we can offer the Free Roaming room with up to 20 chairs and a few large tables, as well as a screen for presentations.

There would be an additional charge for the use of this space but a full quote can be given based on exactly how long you need the space for.
